Verdalis – natural sound synthesis

Aurum Reverb

Aurum is an algorithmic reverb that lets you shape how a space decays, not just how long. Pick a room from a tight ambience to a cathedral, choose between a dense, natural network, the lush grain of early digital units or a smooth plate, and then draw the reverb time per frequency on the Decay Contour: let
the lows hang on in a stone church, cut the highs short in a wooden room.

A six-band Tone EQ with mid/side placement, ducking, a tempo-synced gate and Freeze cover the rest, and an impulse response recorded in a real space can be imported as a starting point. Presets with folders, tags and search, undo, A/B and MIDI learn come with it. Free for Linux and Windows, as CLAP and VST3.
