Aurum 0.3.0
===========

Each plugin is here in two formats: a CLAP and a VST3. They are the same
plugin -- same engine, same presets, same window -- so install whichever your
host prefers, or both. Each format loads from its own fixed location. Copy the
folders out of this archive into it and keep each one whole.

Linux
-----

CLAP -- copy linux/Aurum into:

    ~/.clap/

so that you end up with ~/.clap/RainyDay/RainyDay.clap and so on. Keep the
presets folder with it: a CLAP looks for its factory presets in a presets
directory beside its own binary.

VST3 -- copy linux/Aurum.vst3 into:

    ~/.vst3/

so that you end up with ~/.vst3/RainyDay.vst3/ and so on. Keep the .vst3 folder
whole -- it is a bundle, not a file. Its factory presets are built into the
plugin and appear in its own browser either way; the copies inside the bundle
are there to read and to edit.

Both need X11 and Cairo, which any Linux machine that can run a DAW already has.

Windows
-------

CLAP -- copy windows\Aurum into:

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\CLAP\

so that you end up with ...\CLAP\RainyDay\RainyDay.clap and so on. Keep the
presets folder with it: a CLAP looks for its factory presets in a presets
directory beside its own binary.

VST3 -- copy windows\Aurum.vst3 into:

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\

so that you end up with ...\VST3\RainyDay.vst3\ and so on. Keep the .vst3
folder whole -- it is a bundle, not a file. Its factory presets are built into
the plugin and appear in its own browser either way; the copies inside the
bundle are there to read and to edit.

Nothing else is needed: the plugin window and its Cairo are linked in, so there
are no DLLs to install beside it.

Then rescan plugins in your host. Tested with Bitwig Studio and Reaper.
